How do I apply for Pennsylvania tax exempt status?

If you are located in Pennsylvania you are automatically charged the PA sales tax. If you are tax exempt please email sales@wintrontech.com with your tax exempt ID and we will provide information on how to order online tax free.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover, Cashier's Check, Bank Wire Transfer, and US Money Orders.

How long is the product warranty period?
Product warranty varies by product from 30 days for clearance items to limited lifetime such as with the Turbo Flare. Many items have a 1 year warranty.

Product Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it undamaged and in original package within 10 days from shipment date for full credit less shipping. Items received after the 10 day time period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.

For warranty service, you must contact our sales department at 1-800-865-5351 and provide your invoice number to obtain a Return Material Authorization number. Please consult the product documentation for the warranty coverage and limitations.
Upon obtaining an RMA#, package the item with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package and ship prepaid to:
