The PRO-SCAN II is a high performance hand held Metal Detactor designed to meet the exact rrequirements of the security industry, heavy duty construction, the case is 50% thicker then the Pro-Scan, easier switching between high or low sensitivity, 20% larger scanning area. Typical uses will include body search for weapons in crows control, airport and border security, checking parcels and letters for metal objects and anywhere that hidden metal needs to be detected. The Pro-scan II operates on one 9-volt stander or recharable battery. The presence of metal  will be indicated by an audio warning tone and a red light coming on. The sensitivity is adjustable. A 38 caliber hand gun will be detected at 7.75 inches on low sensitivity and 11 inchea at optimum sensitivity. A pen knife will be detected at 4 " on low sevsitivity and 6 " on optimum sensitivity. A razor blade will be detected at 2 " on low sensitivity and 4 " on optimum senswivity. Pro-Scan II includes a free Holster.
